These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the text messaging program offered by ACME Global Industries, d.b.a. as Thread ("we," "us," or "our"), a custom apparel shop in Manhattan, Kansas, operating shopthread.com. By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you accept these Terms.
Program Description
When you place an order with us, in person or over the phone, we let you know that if you provide your mobile phone number we will text you about the status of your order. If you agree and provide your number, we will send you text messages related to your order — for example, letting you know when your order is ready for pickup. This program sends order-related messages only; we do not send marketing or promotional text messages through it.
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and verbally agreeing at the time of your order, you consent to receive order-related text messages from Thread at that number. Providing consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency is limited and depends on your order activity, typically one to two messages per order.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Thread is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Opting Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you one confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt back in by providing your number and agreeing again.
